2nd Annual Montgomery County Parks Half-Marathon – A GREAT Sunday morning destination!

Upbeat, family-friendly, and inspiring! Festive post-race party in downtown Bethesda! Starting in the morning about 8:00 AM or so!

The Digits! will be playing until about 11 AM. Come down to cheer on the finishers and hear some great upbeat rock ’n’ roll. We’ll be playing on the Big Stage near the finish line at the corner of Woodmont Ave. & Elm. See map.

Runners will emerge after 13 miles from the Air Rights Center tunnel and turn a hard right on Bethesda Avenue, then Woodmont Avenue at mile 13.1 on their way to the finish line in downtown Bethesda. This is the best spot from which to watch the race, and there are several local businesses from which you can buy coffee, bagels, donuts, etc. We recommend parking at one of the parking garages several blocks away from the finish, as the immediate finish area will be very congested.
